Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellations. If you need to make a change to your order or would like to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of your purchase. I allow 24 hours in case you change your mind. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait for the processing time to complete your order.  

Returns and exchanges

All kits are custom made to order, for this reason, and for reasons of hygiene, I cannot offer exchange or return nail products unless the nails you receive are damaged during delivery. Please carefully review your selections when placing orders. Please note that I spend hours creating each set, but I am not responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered or if any of the information on my site has been overlooked. 
We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent.
Returned packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the RE-shipping Free so we can send it back out.
I can only hold packages for 10 days awaiting reship payment, after that, your order will be closed.   

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds.

Cancelations will be reviewed on a case by case basis- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.

Orders canceled afte24 hours will be charged a processing/cancellation fee of $15 plus a 3% transaction fee charged by Shopify.

Occasionally, an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled due to an incorrect custom size or unverified address, I will notify you to fix that, and if we can not contact you, then your order will be canceled and will be subject to a 3% transaction fee.

Refunds will also be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are approved, then your refund (less a processing fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

•Refunds will not be given for client selecting wrong size, It is the client's responsibility to order correct size, Hellolifeyo Shop is not responsible for selection chosen.
•Refunds will not be issued to customers who are not willing to wait the full processing time. Customers are encouraged to read our terms and conditions prior to placing an order, as the terms and conditions are agreed upon when the order is placed.
•Returned orders will not be refunded as every item is custom and unable to be resold.
•Custom, Sale, Sizing Kit and Rush Order items will not be refunded.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any orders placed through Hellolifeyoo.com confirms the Shipping, Refund and Return Policy has been acknowledged and accepted.
